SUBSTANCE AND COMPOSITION HAVING IMMUNO-ADJUSTABILITY

PURPOSE: To provide new substances or compositions, each of which is capable of enhance an immune system as a whole without receiving any cytolytic action in vivo. CONSTITUTION: The objective substances or compositions are: (1) a mixture of two or more than three divalent bondable molecules each of which is specific to different monovalent antigenic epitopes on a T-lymphocyte and has no Fc region and forms no complex with the other; (2) a molecular complex having a polymer main chain (or microbeads) formed by bonding plural bondable molecules each specific to an antigen on a T cell; (3) a molecular complex contg. a polymer main chain formed by bonding plural different bondable molecules non-competitively bonded to different monovalent antigenic epitopes on the same antigen on a T cell; and (4) a liposome to the surface of which two or more than three different bondable molecules non-competitively bonded to different monovalent antigenic epitopes on the same antigen on a T cell, are bonded.
