PURPOSE:To ensure electric power necessary for a carriageway without depending on commercial electricity while contributing to improvement of urban scenery. CONSTITUTION:Solar battery panels 5 are attached to the surface of soundproof panels 2 of soundproof walls installed to both sides of a carriageway. By mounting the solar battery panels 5 to the outside of posts 1, an effect of hiding the posts 1 can be obtained. By making the solar battery panels 5 stuck closely to the soundproof panels 2 or to the posts 1, or by installing the solar battery panels through sealing materials, soundproofing effect can be heightened, resulting in thinning or elimination of sound insulation materials for the soundproof panels 2. |
