<p>PURPOSE:To invert and collect strip plates securely and efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A feed roller 3 which feeds a workpiece 2 in the direction of supply is arranged in such a way that it ascends and descends freely. A stopper 27 is provided ahead of the direction of supply, and a workpiece sensor 28 is provided to detect that the workpiece 2 is sent to the predetermined position and force the feed roller 3 to descend. Also, a conveyance belt 7 which conveys the workpiece 2 at a right angle to the direction of supply when the feed roller 3 descends is provided, and a guide 12 is provided ahead of the direction of conveyance so that the workpiece 2 is dropped while it is inverted. A collecting belt 13 which conveys the inverted workpiece 2 is provided. Also, a workpiece collecting section consisting of a feeder belt 18, guide walls 19, 20, and a feeder gate 21 is provided ahead of the direction of conveyance of the collecting belt 13. A workpiece intermediate receiver bar 25 which drops the workpiece 2 on a feeder belt 18 after receiving the predetermined number of workpieces 2 is provided in such a way that it can advance and retract freely.</p> |
