PURPOSE:To automatically perform operation control of a shield machine under logical backing of excavation control similar to human being based on the numerical value obtained by data analysis. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of instrument data necessary for shield excavation work such as earth pressure, speed and stroke of a shield jack, speed of earth moving screw and revolving load, cutter speed and revolving load, etc., are inputted to a computer 2, and multirandom analysis of inputted instrument data is made to calculate control value of required control items of a shield machine 1. The numerical value as control value signals is outputted to an operation equipment of the shield machine 1, operation of the shield machine is automatically started and, at the same time, standard deviation value of each of control items is calculated from an analysis result to set control width of each of the control items. Control signals are transmitted so as to operate within the control width to control and operate the shield machine automatically. |
