摘要 PURPOSE:To surly eliminate the influence of the forward and rearwad rotation components of a primary bending mode inherent vibration component in the desired range of the number of revolutions of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with band-elimination filters 10 and 11, in which a center frequency is variable, for eliminating the forward and rearward rotation components of a primary bending mode inherent vibration component by the dislocation detecting signal of a rotor 1; function generation circuits 21 and 22, setting the center frequency of the band-elimination filters 10 and 11 by the number of revolutions of the rotor 1; and a PID control circuit 12, controlling electromagnets 2 and 3, noncontact-supporting the rotor 1 based on the output of the band-elimination filters 10 and 11. In the function generation circuits 21 and 22, a center frequency variable pattern, in which the change of the forward and rearward rotation components of an inherent vibration component to the number of revolutions is linearly approximated in the required linear approximation range of the number of revolutions of the rotor 1, is provided; and the center frequency of the band-elimination filters 10 and 11 is set based on the pattern.
