PURPOSE:To prevent the wasteful compressed air and to reduce the operating cost by executing the discharge control of an air nozzle with a block area unit based on the positional information on a work. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed machining is executed while the positional relationship between a laser beam nozzle 1 and a work is controlled by driving/ controlling the laser beam nozzle 1 in the Y direction by the NC control or the like, and driving/controlling the work in the X direction through a clamping means 5. The air layer of thin film shape is locally or globally formed on the lower surface of the work by the air discharged from the respective air nozzles 4, and the frictional resistance between a machining table 3 and the work is reduced. The discharge control of the air from the respective air nozzles 4 is executed by controlling the solenoid valves connected to each block area so that only the air nozzles 4 belonging to the block areas where the work is positioned may discharge the air based on the positional information on the work. |
