PURPOSE:To produce a uniform foamed product preventing the burr generation on the back of a core material by foaming with the core material covered with a film the ends of which are fixed with an adhesive double coated tape. CONSTITUTION:The whole back of a core material 24 is covered with a synthetic resin film 22 which has no affinity with a foamed material. The core material 24 and both ends of the film 22 are bonded with an adhesive layer band such as an adhesive double coated tape. The core material 24 combined with the film 22 is set provisionally in an upper mold 5 by a boss pin 25 projected from the upper mold 5. A skin material 21 is set in a lower mold 6, into which polyurethane foaming material is injected. The molds are fastened with the periphery of the film 22 sandwiched between the upper and lower molds 5, 6, and the foaming reaction is carried out. Accordingly, the film 22 is stretched along the upper mold face by the foaming pressure and cured to form the product. The film 22 released is separated from the core material 24. Since the core material 24 is closely covered with the film 22, the foaming resin can not enter into the back of the core material 24 and the uniform foaming is attained. |
