COOLING AND SETTING DEVICE FOR THERMOSETTING RESIN

PURPOSE:To enable automatical correction of meandering of a cooling belt without always necessitating monitoring. CONSTITUTION:A liquid resin solution which is prepared by a reaction vessel and has a high temperature is streamed on a cooling belt 2 which is run and driven by spreading thin and the resin solution is solidified by cooling the same by the cooling belt 2. In a cooling and solidification device of thermosetting resin such as this, a drum 3 suspending the cooling belt 2 is supported so that one end side of a rotting shaft 4 is almost in parallel with a running direction of the cooling belt 2 and freely movable. A moving mechanism 5 moving the rotating shaft 4 like this is provided. A sensor 6 detecting a side end position of the cooling belt 2 is provided. Generation of meandering and a direction of the meandering can be detected by detecting the side end position of the cooling belt 2 by the sensor 6. Then the meandering of the cooling belt 2 can be corrected by tilting the drum 3 to the running direction of the cooling belt 2 by operating the moving mechanism 5 based on this detected result.
