PURPOSE:To prevent generation of an accidental expansion and development of an air bag even though an impact switch in a failure diagnosing operation is made in an ON condition owing to some reason. CONSTITUTION:The trouble diagnosis is carried out by detecting the current flowing in a triggering circuit by making an electronic circuit operated by an acceleration sensor in a continuity condition, while operating a current limiting means 11 to prevent the expansion and the development of an air bag even though the contact of an impact switch 1 is closed. |
