PURPOSE: To provide a linear drive device devised to prevent biting of a piston due to reaction force working on a frame and to simultaneously protect a device inside from dust, etc. CONSTITUTION: A piston 9 works by pressure fluid in a cylinder 5 in a main body and a frame 13 connected to it through a bearing main body 29, etc., is interlocked on a linear drive device. The bearing main body is journal- supported in the inside of a bearing cavity 19, and force reacting on the frame is shifted to the main body. The bearing main body, etc., are included in the device and are constituted to be protected from outside dust, etc., by new seal structure 49. |
