PURPOSE:To excellently bond a hard-coated resin glass for an automobile to a metal frame without generation of strain or crack by alternately putting an adhesive excellent in flexibility and another adhesive excellent in tensile strength on an adherend part and bonding them. CONSTITUTION:When putting a resin plate (preferably a hard coated polycarbonate or acrylate resin plate) on a different kind of a material having a different thermal expansion coefficient and bonding them, the bonding is carried out by alternately putting (A) an adhesive excellent in flexibility and (B) another adhesive excellent in tensile strength. A silicone rubber-based adhesive exhibiting 400 to 1500% breaking elongation and 10 to 30kg/cm<2> tensile strength is preferably used as the adhesive (A) and a one pot type urethane-based adhesive exhibiting 200 to 500% breaking elongation and 40 to 80kg/cm<2> tensile strength is preferably used as the adhesive (B). In addition, the adhesive (A) is recommendably used for a corner part of the resin plate and the ratio of the used adhesive (A) is preferably for 20 to 50% of the whole adherend area. |
