PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing device for a resin film which can remove a water film on a casting drum efficiently and low in noise. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing device of a resin film is provided with a casting drum 4, a resin supply device 5 to supply the casting drum 4 with sheetlike molten resin 5a, a water film forming device 7 to arrange a water film on the surface of the casting drum 4 and a blade 19 to remove the water film on the surface of the casting drum 4. The blade 19 is supported under a state capable of making an up-and-down motion and pressure-contactable with the surface of the casting drum 4.
