PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing device for a resin film wherein a tension fluctuation at a post process of casting is hard to transmit to resin during casting and manufacturing of the resin film is performed stably. CONSTITUTION:A sheet forming part 1 is provided with a resin supply device 5 to extrude sheetlike molten resin 5a, a casting drum 4 to mold a resin film F by receiving molten resin 5a from the resin supply device 5 and a suction roll 21 to guide and convey the resin film F from the casting dram 4 to a film orientation part 2. The suction roll 21 conveys the resin film F while sucking the same.
