PURPOSE:To enhance performance of a battery by using transition metal oxide and doped or undoped conductive high molecular compound as a positive electrode active material and using polypyrrole or polyaniline as a conductive high molecular compound. CONSTITUTION:A compound positive electrode 2 is set on a stainless steel positive electrode collector plate 1, and lithium metal 4 is used as a battery, negative electrode active material via electrolyte 3 and this is pressure attached to a negative electrode collector plate 5. Lithium vanadate is used as a first component for the positive electrode active material of the positive electrode 2 and polypyrrole doped with allylsulfonate obtained by electrolytic polymerization is used as a second component. Organic compound of mixture 7:3 of diacrylic acid ester of ethylene oxide(molecular weight 4000) and monoacrylic acid ester of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight 400), respectively, is used as the positive electrode 2. Accordingly, a lithium battery can be high in mean discharge potential, excellent in flattening of potential, large in capacity, small in size and of thin-type. |
