<p>PURPOSE:To provide a lighting system and a lighting method by which the discomfort glare can be reduced according to a position of a person staying in a room by arranging a means to regulate a UGR (discomfort glare index) to be not more than 18. CONSTITUTION:Human body position sensor parts 6 are arranged respectively in the centers of ceiling frame pieces divided into (1m) square grids, and operation on brightness of a lighting system in a position of a person staying in a room is carried out in a brightness operation part 7 from information sensed by the human body position sensor parts 6. Brightness information obtained by the operation in the brightness operation part 7 is sent to a UGR operation part 8, and operation on a UGR is carried out from this brightness information, a previously obtained position index in a person's position and the room size and reflectance stored beforehand, and transmissivity of the first diffusion plate 3, the second diffusion plate 4 and the third diffusion plate 5 arranged in a luminaire body 1 is controlled to be transmissivity obtained by operation in a transmissivity operation part 9, and is regulated to be a proper UGR value. In this consitution, the discomfort glare can be reduced according to the position of the person staying in the room.</p> |
