<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a junction surface from existing on the magnetic paths of core legs and to reduce a reduction in the accuracy of an electric wire-wound component by a method wherein a train body core is provided by a center core part and a plurality of shunt core parts intersecting orthogonally the center core part and at the same time, after a terminal pin fixing plate is secured on each shunt core part, a coil wound on the center core part is mounted, the shunt core parts are coupled with each other by outer cores and the outer cores are secured on the shunt core parts. CONSTITUTION:A main body core 6 is formed of a center core part 6a, which forms a winding part, and shunt core parts 6b and 6c, which are coupled with each other by this core part 6a, into an H type and the core part 6a is made to couple with the core parts 6b and 6c at positions closer to one side in the width direction of the core parts 6b and 6c. Outer cores 7a and 7b are formed into a tabular I-type core so as to be able to secure on the point faces of the core parts 6b and 6c on both sides of the core part 6a. Thereby, as there is not a junction surface on the magnetic paths of the core part 6a and the cores 7a and 7b, an effect to exert on the accuracy of an electric wire-wound, component due to this junction surface is eliminated. Moreover, it can be very lessened to make the core break in a production process.</p> |
