<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process monitoring device which is highly reliable by optionally selecting an upper/lower-limit alarm set value in conformity with the operation state of a plant, and facilitating setting adjustments, saving the labor, and enabling high-level monitoring. CONSTITUTION:The process monitoring device is equipped with an upper/lower- limit information registering means which registers plural upper and lower limit set values of respective processes of the plant, a pattern allocating means 4 which allocates optional upper and lower limit set values among the upper and lower limit values to one process, a stage selecting means 5 which selects a stage corresponding to the plant state among stages where the upper/lower- limit set value is allocated and then stored, an upper/lower-limit alarm set value determining means 6 which determines the upper and lower limit values of the selected stage as an upper and a lower limit alarm set value, and a display alarm output means 7 which displays current process data and outputs an alarm when the value of the process data exceeds the upper of lower limit alarm set value.</p> |
