PURPOSE: To provide a radiation-sensitive recording material for the production of a planographic printing plate and to provide a recording material which satisfies the requirements and can be industrially easily produced at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: This radiation-sensitive recording material consists of a layer supporting body and a positive radiation-sensitive layer. The radiation-sensitive layer has a rough surface and contains at least one kind of 1,2-quinonediazide as a radiation-sensitive compd. and a polymer condensate or a polymer as a binder which is insoluble with water and soluble or swellable with an alkali soln., and moreover, it contains dyes and filters. The radiation-sensitive layer is formed by <=3g/m<2> weight and contains silicate as a filler having 3 to 5μm average particle size and 15μm exclusion limit in such an amt. that the layer shows 20 to 100sec Beckk smoothness (according to DIN53107, method-A), and moreover, the layer contains a surfactant having a polysiloxane unit. |
