PURPOSE:To prevent reduction in the cooling ability of a reformed gas cooler, and leakage due to metallic corrosion by improving the quality of water running in the reformed gas cooled for cooling a reformed gas fed to a fuel cell so as to cool and condense steam contained in the reformed gas, and for thus forming the steam into water. CONSTITUTION:A cooling water feeding system 33 is provided, to raise the pressure of condensed water serving as cooling water, which is accumulated in an exhaust gas condenser 14, and in which little impurities is contained, by a pump 21, to cool the water by a cooler 22, and to feed it to a reformed gas cooler 8. A reformed gas flowing in the reformed gas cooler 8 through a reformed gas feeding system 23, is cooled by the cooling water passing through the feeding system, and steam contained in the reformed gas is cooled and condensed. A cooling water exhausting system 34 is provided, to return the cooling water, the temperature of which is raised by cooling the reformed gas, to an exhaust gas condenser 14. |
