PURPOSE:To manufacture a high 4piIr magnet by providing a non-conductive material layer comprising amorphous metallic oxide between rare earth element- iron based magnet particles. CONSTITUTION:M(OH)n (where M represents exceeding one metallic elements out of Si, Zr, Ti, Al, Cr, etc.) n represents atomic valence of M) coating quenched magnetic particles 1 mainly comprising hydrolitic compound of matallic alkoxyd and rare earth element-iron base magnet particles are impressed with compression by constant load and pulse current through the intermediary of a electrodes 3a, 3b reconfigurated. Next, M(OH)n coating particles 1 are conduction-heated by DC constant current power supply 6b while sustaining the compression by the constant load solidified while forming an amorphous metallic oxide MOn/2 layer. When the current is cut off, the amorphous metallic oxide MOn/2 layer is interposed between the M(OH)n coating particles 1. Through these procedures, the magnet having high mechanical strength and 4piIr can be manufactured. |
