PURPOSE:To obtain a high-permeability resin composition by a method wherein Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite powder having a specified composition is combined with a polyarylensuruphide resin. CONSTITUTION:A polyarylensuruphide resin and Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite powder are combined with each other in the ratio of 5 to 30wt.% to 70 to 95wt.%. When the chemical formula of the ferrite powder is assumed NiaZnbCucFe2Od on the basis of Fe, the condition to satisfy the permeability of a composition consisting of the resin and the powder is set at the following contents (a), (b), (b) and (d). The content (a) of nickel, the content (b) of zinc, the content (c) of cu and the content (d) of oxygen are respectively set in a distribution of 0.10 to 0.70, a distribution of 0.10 to 0.80, a distribution of 0.10 to 0.35 and a distribution of 3.97 to 4.20. Thereby, a polyarylensuruphide composition having a high permeability can be obtained. Moreover, by adding 0.1 to 5wt.% of epoxy modified silicone oil to the interior of the composition, the adhesion of the composition to a terminal electrode can be improved. |
