PURPOSE:To ensure the use safety of equipment, and acknowledge a correct electricity rate, by detecting the remaining electricity quantity of a battery based on the measured charging/discharging frequency of a battery. CONSTITUTION:The charging/discharging frequency of a battery main body 12 is detected by a measuring means 14, connected to the battery main body 12, to be inputted in an operation means 30. The means 30 moreover receives information concerning voltage from a voltmeter 22 and temperature information from a temperature sensor 24, and operates the remaining electricity quantity of the battery main body 12 based on a charging/discharging frequency. The battery main body 12 is distinguished from a replacement type lithium ion secondary battery by an identification signal output part 32. The discharging frequency, temperature, voltage, the current value of the battery main body 12, and the kind, etc., of the main body are displayed on a display means 16, and these values are outputted to an outside printer or a host computer 101 and a printer 34. Consequently a correct electricity rate can be acknowledged. |
