<p>PURPOSE:To generate a prescribed input signal without providing a mechanical part and to improve reliability for a device by fetching the information of almost circular arc shape or almost straight line shape operating motion imparted to an operating means itself, and grasping it as position displacement on the coordinates. CONSTITUTION:An operating means 10 outputs displacement quantity (DELTAxp, DELTAyp) that is operating motion direction information and operating motion speed information corresponding to imparted almost circular arc shape operating motion. An operating information generating means 11 detects a moving direction SUD and travel speed Pv as coordinate position displacement information(xp, yp) on normalized two-dimensional coordinates for displacement quantity supplied from the operating means 10 so as to be a prescribed point as a center. The moving direction and the travel speed are inputted to equipment to be inputted setting the moving direction and the travel speed as operating information. Since no mechanical part such as a rotary encoder, etc., is provided, input equipment with high reliability can be obtained.</p> |
