RESISTOR NETWORK

摘要

PURPOSE:To decrease the resistor printing numbers of the resistor network including different resistance values for suppressing the dispersion in the resistance characteristics in the resistor network. CONSTITUTION:The resistor network is composed of a 96 alumina substrate 1, multiple each of the first electrodes 2 and the second electrodes 3, multiple resistors 4 electrically connecting to the first electrodes 2 and the second electrodes 3 respectively corresponding thereto while the multiple resistors 4 are provided with trimming trenches 4a formed between these electrodes 2 and 3 in the width direction of the substrate 1.
