PURPOSE:To control the number of lines of end face magnetic flux at each magnetic pole of a rodlike multipolar magnet to make the position of each magnetic pole correspond properly to each winding part of a magnetizing coil and to take out the rodlike magnet set in the coil. CONSTITUTION:A magnetizing coil 16 is constituted into such a structure that annular spacers 20 are made to interpose in order between independent hollow coils 18 to constitute a coil body part 22, an insertion of a rodlike multipolar magnet 14 to be magnetized is made possible in a penetrating hole part 24 in the body part and the number of windings of the hollow coils and the axial thickness of the spacers can be made an increase or decrease adjustment according to a large or small number of lines of magnetic flux, which is required at each magnetic pole. A magnetizing device is obtained in such a constitution that a knockout pin, which can be freely reciprocated and can be made to stop at a necessary position, is made to face to the penetrating hole part in this magnetizing coil, the magnetizing position of the magnet 14 inserted in the penetrating hole part is made adjustable by this pin and at the same time, after a magnetization ends, the magnet can be made to project outward of the coil body part. |
