PURPOSE:To automatically decide the contents of constitutional elements from the relation of the environment of an outside and the constitutional elements of a document. CONSTITUTION:This system is constituted of a relation defining means 3 for defining the relation of the environment of the outside and the constitutional elements inside the document and the referring method and the referring conditions of the environment of the outside, a preserving means 9 for preserving the various kinds of information defined at the relation defining means 3 and the logical structure of the document defined at a structure defining means 2, an information retreiving means 5 for retreiving the information of the preserving means 9 and retreiving the information of the constitutional elements, the environment and referring conditions related with each other, an environment referring means 7 for retreiving the referring method of the environment preserved in the preserving means 9 and obtaining the information of the environment by the referring method, a relation processing means 8 for performing a processing for relating the constitutional elements in the document and the environment and a document preparing means 6 for starting the information retreiving means 5, the environment referring means 7 and the relation processing means 8 and executing a document preparing/editing processing while automatically deciding the contents of the constitutional elements of the document. |
