<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the color filter which has superior surface flatness by forming a relief pattern, which is dyed to form a colored layer, by using a mixture of photosensitive resin with dye affinity and photosensitive resin with no dye-affinity, adjusting the dye-affinity of the relief pattern according to dyeing colors, and forming the colored layers of the respective colors to the same film thickness. CONSTITUTION:The color filter consists of a magenta colored layer 1, a cyan colored layer 2, a yellow colored layer 3, an intermediate layer 4, a substrate smoothed layer 5, a charge transfer layer part 6, and a photodetection part 7. The ratio of a functional group which develops the dye-affinity that the relief pattern has, is varied by varying the mixing ratio of the photosensitive resin with the dye-affinity and the photosensitive resin having no dye-affinity according to the dyeing colors. Namely, the dye-affinity of the relief pattern is made low for a dye with a high dye-affinity and a color of spectral characteristics with a low dyeing density and high for a dye with a low dye- affinity and a color of spectral characteristics with high dyeing density. Consequently, the film thicknesses of the respective colored layers 1-3 after dyeing can be equalized to one another.</p> |
