PURPOSE:To obtain a gas detector which can detect gas by one detector and specify a gas generation position. CONSTITUTION:Photoreceiving systems 12a, 12b for receiving scattered lights generated by beams divided from a laser beam of a semiconductor laser 1 via beam splitters 7a, 7b and emitted to a surface 11 of a structure are provided independently from the beams. Means 20 rotating two sets of beam emitting and receiving systems in a state for holding positional relationship of both is provided. The beams recorded at rotary angles for detecting the gas, and gas generating positions are obtained by calculation. |
