PURPOSE:To obtain the photographic sensitive material superior in mechanical characteristics and small in curling tendency and not emitting fluorescent light by incorporating a specified compound in a polyester film support. CONSTITUTION:This polyester support is made of naphthalene dicarboxylic acid as a dicarboxylic component in an amount of 20-100mol% and has a glass transition point of 90-200 deg.C and contains at least one of the compounds represented by formulae I and II and quinones in an amount of 0.1-40weight% and it is heat-treated for 0.1-1500hr at a temperature of glass transition point to 50 deg.C. In formulae I and II, each of R1 and R2 is an alkyl, alkenyl, or the like; R3 is H, -N(Ra)(Rb) or the like; each of Ra and Rb is H, an aryl, or the like; X is -N(R'a)(R'b), -OR'c, or the like; each of R'a and R'b is an alkyl, alkenyl, or the like; and (n) is an integer of 0-5. |
