PURPOSE: To obtain a stabilized surface of a basic material coated with a secondary antibody bonded with a primary antibody by touching a basic material previously coated with the secondary antibody to the primary antibody bonded specifically with the secondary antibody together with a block agent. CONSTITUTION: A secondary antibody is touched, at first, to the surface of a basic material which can be bonded with the secondary antibody and the basic material is coated with the secondary antibody. A primary antibody to be bonded specifically with the secondary antibody, a block agent and a stabilizer, as quired, are then touched to the basic material which is thereby coated. Consequently, the nonspecifically bonded part is blocked to produce a stabilized surface of the basic material. The primary antibody includes a polyclonal antibody for antigen and steroid, cardiotonic glucoside, etc., as monoclonal antibody. The secondary antibody is a polyclonal or monoclonal antibody for the primary antibody. Preferably, the basic material is a test tube and the concentration of the primary and secondary antibodies is set, respectively, at 0.5-6μg/ml and 5-20000ng/ml. Preferably, the block agent is a protein, bovine serum albumin, etc., and employed by 0.1-50mg/ml.
