PURPOSE:To turn off the power supplies of electric apparatuses after a magnetic card or the like is extracted and a required time passes. CONSTITUTION:The data of a card 1 inserted into a card reader are read by a data reading part 2 and compared with data from a memory part 3 by a judging part 4. If the data of the card 1 agree with the data from the memory mart 3, a signal indicating an at-home state is outputted from a control part 9 and the power supplies of electric apparatuses 10 are made to be ready for turning-on. When the card 1 is extracted from the card reader, the extraction of the card 1 is detected by an extraction detecting part 5. A timer 6 starts counting a time when a signal from the extraction detecting part 5 is inputted and outputs a signal after a required time passes. In accordance with that signal, a signal indicating absence is outputted from an output part 7 through a control part 9 and the power supplies of the respective electric apparatuses 10 are controlled to be turned off through a control panel 8. |
