PURPOSE:To provide a power generating equipment whereby even when one generator fails, a power feed is made possible by another generator and in case of parallel generatings the good balance among the generatings is obtained, in the generating equipment wherein parallel power feeds to a common load are performed by a plurality of generators CONSTITUTION:First and second generators 1, 2 driven by an engine charge a battery B. Based on the result obtained by comparing a terminal voltage Vb of the battery B with a predetermined first setting voltage VR, a first voltage-controlling device 3 performs the ON-OFF control of the exciting current of the first generator 1. Also, based on the result obtained by comparing the terminal voltage Vb of the battery B with a second setting voltage Vo, a second voltage-controlling device 4 performs the ON-OFF control of the exciting current of the second generator 2. When the first voltage-controlling device 3 orders the first generator 1 the application of its exciting current, a means for controlling the second setting voltage Vo in the second voltage-controlling device 4 makes the second setting voltage Vo larger than a predetermined reference value. Also, when the first voltage-controlling device 3 orders the first generator 1 the cutting-off of its exciting current, the means for controlling the second setting voltage Vo in the second voltage-controlling device 4 makes the second setting voltage Vo smaller than the predetermined reference value. |
