摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a color error filters so as to execute a re-sampling function a phase of a horizontal synchronizing pulse relating to a burst signal. CONSTITUTION:The system converting a time division multiplex 125MHz component video signal into a digital sample data 244MHz composite video signal uses an interpolation filter 120 to re-sample a 125MHz component signal. Thus, the 125MHz component signal having an effective sampling rate of 13.5MHz is converted into a 244MHz component signal having an effective sampling rate of 14.3MHz. In addition to re-sampling the inputted 125MHz signal to generate the output 244MHz signal, this system controls a sequence employing an interpolation filter 120 to adjust a selective sub picture element phase of the output 244MHz signal. The phase adjustment is in general applied to all cases where the phase shift of a re-sampled signal is desired.</p> |
