PURPOSE:To preserve only effective information as information sent already and having a possibility of re-transmission request with respect to the information re-transmission control system by an information exchange provided with plural processing layers. CONSTITUTION:An information exchange 100 in which plural processing layers 101 transfer information being a processing object via a common transaction 102 to execute required exchange processing is provided with a transmission serial number management means 103 which adds a transmission serial number not revised by an external request in a required processing layer to information stored in the transaction 102, refers to the transmission serial number added to the information stored in the transaction 102 when the transaction 102 is returned from other processing layer to discriminate the necessity of the retransmission. |
