<p>PURPOSE: To provide a device of which a web guides for a magnetic reading and/or recording device to pass through. CONSTITUTION: This device is a reading and recording device of information from a magnetic information track of a photosensitive medium 12, and has a magnetic reading/recording element 14 and a variable tracking position, including also edge followers 22 and 23 coupled to the reading/recording element. The latter responds to a leave of the photosensitive medium 12 from a specified path, adjusting the photosensitive medium for tracking the longitudinal edge of the moving photosensitive medium, and orienting the magnetic reading/ recording element 14 to a specified direction. The reading/recording device includes means 38 to hold the edge followers 22 and 23, and these permit the edge followers to move from a normal original position in the path to a variable tracking position by a front reading edge 21 of the photosensitive medium when it 12 enters the specified path.</p> |
