<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate inconvenience when amplification by a detector is performed by setting the resistance value of each conductive pattern at the same value in a conductive tablet material used in an input device which detects an aribtrary position on the obsissa and the ordinate. CONSTITUTION:The resistance values of the conductive patterns 2a-2n are set at the same value by thickening the line width of the conductive pattern with long line length more than that of the conductive pattern with short line length. It is permitted to thicken the line width of a part of the conductive patterns 2a-2n, and to thicken the line width by stages. Also, the resistance value of each conductive pattern can be set at the same value by thickening the thickness of a layer in the conductive pattern with long line length more than that of the layer in the conductive pattern with short line length. In such a way, a detection signal of constant level can be obtained by setting the resistance value of each conductive pattern at the same value by controlling the line width or the thickness of the layer in each conductive pattern.</p> |
