<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by a stand-by semiconductor device for exchanging a function of the semiconductor device according to whether or not a power source line or a grounding line is bonded to a predetermined bonding pad. CONSTITUTION:When a bonding option pad floats, a P-type MOS transistor Q1 having comparatively large performance draws up a level of a contact A by a PONV signal which becomes in a low level for a predetermined time interval from a power-on. Also, for a P-type transistor Q2 which biases a pad at floating, its driving performance is set at a very small value.</p> |
