<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the lateral transport of part of the group of amorphous metal strips by laminating layers of composite strip groups in nearly matched conditions and positioning the front edges so that laterally extending edges are mutually displaced. CONSTITUTION: Composite strips 12, 112 are prepared, cut to remove first and second strip parts from the strips 12 and 112, respectively, and the cut parts are advanced forwards from the original strips in the axial direction to a laminating zone 13 where the second and first parts are alternately laminated. Transport means 22 and 122 are used for advancing first and second parts to the zone 13, respectively. This efficiently manufactures buckets of amorphous metal strips.</p> |
