CONSTITUTION:This controller is equipped with a detection means 3, which detects the resonance frequency of an ultrasonic motor 1, a control means 4, which sets the frequency and the voltage of a drive signal based on the resonance frequency detected with this detection means 3, and a drive means 2, which applies the drive signal of the set frequency and voltage to the ultrasonic motor 1. |
