PURPOSE:To raise the reliability on the detection result more than the result of having detected the display fixed to the pallet during carriage by providing a detection means for detecting whether the board is existent or not, in the condition that the pallet stops, at the position of supply and accommodation. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 5 detects the content of a display 4, which displays the existence of the board 3 fixed onto a pallet 2, before the position of supply and accommodation. When the sensor 5 detects the content of the display 4, a stopper 9 rises, and the pallet 2 is bumped against the stopper 9, and it stops at the position of supply and accommodation. Next, in the position of supply and accommodation, a photoelectric sensor 6 detects the existence of the board 3 on the pallet 2 again. At this time, in case that the content detected by the sensor 5 and the content detected by the photoelectric sensor 6 are conforming to each other, and that there is no board 3, a feeder and accommodator 8 feeds a board to the pallet 2. In case that the content detected by the sensor 5 and the content detected by the photoelectric sensor 6 are different, a setter 7 sets the display of abnormality on the display 4 on the pallet 2. |
