<p>PURPOSE:To prevent through current from flowing in an internal CMOS invertor even if clock oscillation is stopped when an oscillation circuit is operated by a clock signal from an external part in the oscillation circuit to which a crystal oscillator is connected and which can stop clock oscillation can be stopped by a signal from the external part. CONSTITUTION:The input terminal of a transfer gate 10 operating as a switch is connected to an input terminal 1, and a transfer gate 3 operating as a feedback resistance is connected between the output terminal of the transfer gate 10 and an input terminal 2 in serial. A clock stop request signal is inputted to an input terminal 6 from the outside. The clock stop request signals are directly inputted to the PMOS transistors of the transfer gates 10 and 3, and the gate electrode of an NMOS transistor QN2 for clock stop. Then, they are inverted and inputted to the gate electrodes of the NMOS transistors of the transfer gates 10 and 3 by invertors 11 and 7.</p> |
