The invention applies to civil engineering and it may be used for producing building construction supplies, plaster ware and plaster constructions. The object of the invention is a forming mixture produced on the basis of different type calcium sulfate non-hydrate and hydrate mixture, for which sodium salts of naphthalene sulfonic acid condensation products are used as a plasticiser leads. To improve the strength and softening coefficient it is offered to increase the forming mixture's alkalescency to pH 10-14 by adding alkaline or alkaline-containing premix. Moreover, a raw substance mixture is offered:plaster binder - 1;water - 0.18-0.35;sodium salts of naphthalene sulfonic acid condensation products (with formaldehyde and lignin sulfonic acid) - 0.005;alkali - 0.0002-0.004;or slate ash - 0.05-0.1.
