The darts game has a free-standing housing supporting an operating desk with a number of playing keys and a dart board display above the latter, together with further display elements for the state of the game. The top part (2) of the housing incorporating the dart board and state of play displays is pivoted relative to the bottom part (1) of the housing incorporating the operating desk, allowing it to fold down into a stowed position, in which the top and bottom parts fit together. Both parts of the housing have a pair of opposing side panels which taper inwards towards the top at the same angle, to form a continuously tapered side panel when the housing is opened out and fitting together to form a closed side panel when the housing is folded up, the hinged provided at their front edge.
