The signal process for a CCD color camera includes an input circuit and a load-side connected brightness signal (Y) and color difference signal (C) divider circuit (Y/C divider) (2), and several sample-and-hold elements (S/H4-S/H6). The input circuit uses a single-sampling circuit (3) instead of a double-sampling circuit. The signal sampling circuit (3) consists of a sample- and-hold element (S/H6) for sampling the CCD-single corresp. to the sampling pulses, and a differential amplifier (DA2) for amplifying the signal corresp. to the difference between the output signal of the sample-and-hold element and the CCD-signal.
