摘要 PURPOSE:To improve atomizing performance by controlling the generation of coarse particles at the slurry spraying time and reduce abrasion at the atomizer inner wall of a collision mixing part by installing a ring-shape medium path between the edge surface of a slurry path and the inlet edge surface of a primary mixing part and also a conical projection having an obtuse apex angle at the furnace side inner wall of a secondary mixing part. CONSTITUTION:A mixing piece 4a of a cylinder-shape burner atomizer comprises a slurry path 9 as a path for slurry 1 and a ring-shape path 8 for atomized medium 2 on a concentric circle of the path 9. A mixing piece 4b contacting with the piece 4a in a circular plate shape surface comprises the space of a primary mixing part 3 for slurry and medium on the same axis and the outlet part of the primary mixing part forms a space connected in one body with a secondary mixing part 6a formed by a sprayer plate 5 having a mortar-shaped enlarged space and being connected with a circular plate-shape surface. At the outlet part of this space, a plurality of outlet nozzles 7a having slant angles to the atomizer axis in a radial condition are placed and at the inside of this nozzle pitch circle and also the inner wall side of the front of the sprayer (furnace side), a conical projection 10 having obtuse apex angle in the axis of the plate is placed.
