PURPOSE:To improve walking stability and breathing property with better foot touch by laminating coil-shaped hollow woven cloth formed from monofilament yarn on a bottom surface of a hard padding made of a fiber board provided with breathing holes. CONSTITUTION:Coil-shaped hollow woven cloth 2 formed from monofilament yarn 21 is laminated on a bottom surface of a hard padding made of a fiber board provided with breathing holes 11, 11.... The hard padding 1 is made up of a lather board or a fiber board such as pulp board produced by mixing a leather dust or a pulp fiber with a latex, a synthetic rubber and a synthetic resin to be solidified. For example as the coil-shaped hollow woven cloth 2, wefts 201a, 202a and 203a and warps 201b, 202b and 203b are arranged among woven cloth layers 202 and 203 and padding cloth 201 to form hollow parts 204 and 204 directed continuously in a vertical way. This achieves a less weight, highly repulsive elasticity and better breathing in the vertical way through the hollow part 204 and in horizontal and vertical ways through weaving stitches. |
