PURPOSE:To provide a product having a beautiful display on the surface thereof without losing the high heat retaining properties, high strength and the like, by fixing a label at a predetermined position of the preformed product, setting the product to a press mold having a cavity part of the same shape as that of the final foam resin product, and then pressuring and heating the product. CONSTITUTION:A roll film having a display item printed beforehand is set to a press with a Thomson blade and trimmed, thereby to obtain a fan-shaped label fit to a trunk part of a preformed product. The label is spot-welded and temporarily secured to a predetermined position of the preformed product. The label is formed of a 200mum thick polystyrene roll film. The preformed product with the temporarily fixed label is set to a cavity mold 1 or a core mold 2, and subsequently clamped by a ram 6. Since the thickness of the postformed product is smaller than that of the preformed product, the clamping force is set larger than that of when the preformed product is manufactured. |
