PURPOSE:To provide the title apparatus capable of preventing the penetration of a flowable resin material into a surface not requiring a coating layer and capable of injecting the flowable resin material only in the surface requiring the coating layer. CONSTITUTION:A flowable coating injection nozzle 5 is formed to an upper mold 3 and a resin molding 1 is formed using a split mold constisting of the upper mold 3 and a lower mold 4 and the flowable coating material 2 injected from the injection nozzle 5 is supplied to the single side surface 11 of the molding 1 through the molding 2 to form a coating layer on the single side surface 11. In this apparatus, the groove 31 or projection corresponding to the position of the injection nozzle 5 so as to surround the nozzle 5 is provided to the upper mold 3 on the side provided with the injection nozzle 5 thereof.
