PURPOSE:To provide a bioactive material which enables stable bonding of a bioactive matter and stands for a long time use and a manufacture thereof. CONSTITUTION:A silane cross-linked structure and a bioactive matter or a silane cross-linked structure, a spacer and a bioactive matter are bonded in this order to an organic polymer base material to form a bioactive material. The organic polymer material and the silane cross-linked structure are covalent- bonded by oxygen atoms which the former has and silicon atoms which the latter has, and the silane cross-linked structure and the bioactive matter or the spacer are covalent-bonded by oxygen atoms which the silane cross-linked structure has, at least one kind of atoms selected from a group composed of sulfur atoms and nitrogenatoms, and groups mainly composed of hydrogen atoms and carbon atoms. Further, the spacer and the bioactive matter are convalent-bonded. |
