PURPOSE:To exactly recognize the degree of deterioration of blended rice by detecting the respective fatty acid degrees of plural kinds of rice and calculating a blending ratio in such a manner that the estimated fatty acid degree when plural kinds of the rice are blended and the degree of the deterioration associated therewith attain set target values. CONSTITUTION:The respective fatty acid degrees of plural kinds of the rice taken out of tanks 1a, 1b are detected by a fatty acid degree detecting means 5, such as near IR analyzing device. The blending ratio is so calculated that the estimated fatty acid degree when plural kinds of the rice are blended and the degree of the deterioration associated therewith attain the set target values by the blending ratio calculating means 6. Namely, the deterioration indices of individual kinds of the rice to be blended are elucidated and the degree of the deterioration of the blended rice is estimated, by which the palatable taste is stabilized. |
